How do you guarantee the safety of your inflatables?

All JB Inflatables inflatables are supplied, including a logbook with a user manual and a certificate of approval, approved under the NEN-EN 14960. This certificate is issued by an inspection body appointed by the NVWA (Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority). This way we know for sure that we deliver a good product and our customers are guaranteed of a qualitative and safe inflatable. Furthermore, some countries have their local rules of registering bounce houses, we recommend to look into local requirements, to make sure that you're renting out the inflatable according to all required norms.

How do you guarantee the quality of your inflatables?

Our experienced professionals know exactly how to construct inflatables with the best materials. What's more, all JB Inflatables, bouncy castles and attraction inflatables are reinforced at several points and mu. For us, quality is also in the design of the inflatables and in service. For the little superhero as well as for the princess we have a fantastic inflatable that will make their party spectacular and fun.

Which certificated are neccesary to rent an inflatable?

All JB Inflatables inflatables are supplied, including a logbook with a user manual and a certificate of approval, approved under the NEN-EN 14960. In UK you will have to get your inflatable tested annually by the responsible body to have a possibility to rent it for public use. It's important to consult the local government on the matter, to make sure you have all the papers necessary for commercial use of a bouncy castle.

Is it necessary to supervise an inflatable ?

It's an absolute must! 99% of accidents happen due to reckless behaviour and misuse of a bounce house or an inflatable attraction, which can be prevented by supervisor. Supervising is mandatory! JB Supplier supervisor vests to always keep the supervisor recognizable.

What requirements must a supervisor meet?

A supervisor must be 18 years of age or older and must of course be well aware of the safety rules, such as the maximum height and the maximum number of users allowed. These safety rules can be found, among other things, on the bouncy castle or inflatable playground itself. Let the supervisor wear a supervisor vest for recognition as well.

What should I do if I have a problem with my inflatable?

Repairing your own bounce house or inflatable is usually not an option. Message or email a photo and a description of the problem with your inflatable to our customer service team. More information can be found on Warranty and reparation.

I would like to get personal advice about purchasing an inflatable. Is that possible?

That is certainly possible! Feel free to contact our customer service team regarding this. Are you a rental owner, a HoReCa entrepreneur or an indoor playhouse operator? And for how many children should the bouncy castle or inflatable playground are suitable? What is your target group? Are you looking to buy a fixed inflatable set-up or for a product to be rented out to different client and installed in different locations every day? We are ready to give you a personal advice to every customer and every (desired) situation.

I want to place an order. How can I do it?


Do you need a bounce house or inflatable attraction as soon as possible? Call our sales team for advice and order the inflatable of your choice directly from our stock. Or drop by our showroom to try out, choose and pick up your bounce house immediately.

Would you like to order a custom-made bounce house or inflatable attraction? Then we can quickly provide you with a price estimation basing on your wishes. As soon as we receive your approval, we will start the production and deliver the product as soon as possible. Is it really urgent? Let our sales team know about the urgency, and they will let you know about the express options.

I want to return my inflatable. Is this possible?

Yes, it's possible. You can return an unused bounce house or inflatable attraction within 2 weeks. All the transportation costs have to be covered by you. Before sending the inflatable back, please contact out sales team, they will be happy to help you with the procedure.

What is a warranty period of my inflatable ?

On all JB Inflatables inflatables and inflatables we offer 5 years warranty and service maintenance (unless otherwise indicated). We are convinced that our inflatables (with normal use) will not break down within this period. And if you do have a problem, our in-house service department will, of course solve it for you.

How to deal with risk and liability?


When you buy a bouncy castle or inflatable attraction from JB Inflatables, you receive a manual. Make sure you always comply with the instructions it contains. Also make sure that a supervisor is always present at the location of your inflatable. As soon as the inflatable leaves our warehouse, the liability shifts from JB to the buyer. We recommend to have a liability insurance for your inflatable. To make sure both you and your customers are secure from unexpected costs.
